Refund Policy

All CAD jewellery design files (including 3DM, STL, OBJ, and other formats) sold on MS CAD DESIGN are digital downloads. Once the file has been delivered via download link or email, the purchase becomes non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Refunds are only considered in the following rare cases:

• File is completely corrupted or unreadable in standard CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, etc.)
• File is majorly different from the product description and preview images
• Accidental duplicate payment for the same file
• File download link is broken or expired and cannot be restored

1. Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
2. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 98940 40561 with your order ID
3. Explain the issue clearly and attach proof (screenshot, error message, etc.)
4. Do not share or use the file while refund is being processed

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 working days (depending on your bank/payment gateway)
• You must delete all copies of the downloaded file immediately
• Future access to the file will be permanently revoked

• You changed your mind after purchase
• File doesn't work with your specific software version or device
• You didn't read the file specifications properly before buying
• File was modified or altered after download
• You bought the wrong file and downloaded it
• File is incompatible with your manufacturing process
• File size or complexity doesn't meet your expectations

• We may offer file replacement or alternative solutions
