Welcome to MS CAD DESIGN. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our CAD design files, services, or website.

For the purpose of these Terms:

• "CAD Files" refers to digital jewellery design files in formats like 3DM, STL, OBJ, etc.
• "User" refers to anyone accessing or using our services.
• "Purchase" refers to buying CAD files or services from MS CAD DESIGN.
• "Intellectual Property" includes designs, logos, content, and all digital assets.
• "Website" refers to mscaddesign.com and all its subdomains.

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

License Grant: Upon purchasing CAD files, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use files for personal or commercial jewellery manufacturing
• Modify files for production requirements
• Produce unlimited physical jewellery pieces

License Restrictions: You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share digital files
• Claim ownership of original designs
• Use files for illegal or unethical purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile files

All intellectual property rights in our CAD files, website, and services are owned by MS CAD DESIGN (Mahendra Singh).

• Original CAD designs remain our exclusive property
• Logos, brand names, and trademarks are protected
• Website content, code, and design are copyrighted
• 3D models, textures, and design elements are protected

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All purchases through MS CAD DESIGN are subject to the following terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment must be completed before file download
• You will receive a digital invoice/receipt
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All applicable taxes are included in the price

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• CAD files are non-refundable after download
• No refunds for change of mind
• Refunds only for technical issues as specified
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days

As a user, you agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Not post harmful or offensive content
• Not use automated systems to access services
• Not interfere with other users' experience

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee manufacturing results
• We are not responsible for software compatibility issues
• We do not guarantee business success or profits
• Files may require modifications for production
• Physical results may vary from digital previews

You assume all risk associated with using our CAD files for manufacturing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS CAD DESIGN shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, business, or revenue
• Manufacturing defects or product failures
• Business interruption or downtime
• Unauthorized access or data breaches
• Errors or omissions in CAD files

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MS CAD DESIGN, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services or products
• Manufacturing issues from using our CAD files
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of files
• Content you post or transmit

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Unauthorized sharing of CAD files
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Harassment or abusive behavior

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction: Courts in Surat, Gujarat
• Dispute Resolution: Amicable settlement preferred
• Limitation Period: 1 year from cause of action
• Language: English version prevails

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
